Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and shipped ground service. Expedited orders UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air (additional s/h charge applies) will process same day if the order is placed before 12 noon (EST). Orders placed after 12 noon(EST) will process next business day (M-F).

Please note that Charleston Tea Garden's shipping days are Monday through Friday.

Any orders shipping internationally (including Canada) are shipped via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail International.

Express Shipping:

UPS charges are in addition to the above shipping & processing chart. • Standard shipping and processing charges do not apply to orders shipping internationally.
• International Shipments, which includes Canada, are calculated based upon USPS shipping rates for International service.  Express delivery options are not available.
• UPS Ground is used for shipments to a commercial address. UPS Ground delivers Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the next business day.
• Next Day shipments will arrive the next business day. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
• Saturday Delivery only available for those who pay for the UPS Next Day Saturday Service.
• 2nd Day shipments will arrive in two business days. No Saturday deliveries
